Madagascar 2 *

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
Yeah, we got to move it move it!

Great movie!

The giraffe touches my heart.

The chimpanzees are freaking funny, I almost laughed my ass off when they helped to pass the message.

Not forgetting the zebras, are they black with white stripes or white with black stripes.

And I caught this movie with my favourite peeps! =)

Third movie of 2008:

The House Bunny
A bimbotic DOPE show.

Jiejie and I had a good time laughing.

And we were really impressed by all those makeovers. Awesome!

After our movie at Cine, we walked over to PS for our dinner at The Cafe Cartel.

Anyway it was Patrick's 23rd birthday. Well, I shall be nice and forget that he actually wished me happy 22nd on 11th September 2008. RAR!

And it was some douhua session before they stayed over in my crib. It's a pity Thomas couldn't join us.

Boys Over Flowers: Final *

Hana Yori Dango: Final
Based on top selling manga "Hana Yori Dango", the story centres on an elite high school where all of the students are from rich families, except one named Tsukushi Makino. The school is ruled by the legendary foursome of ultra-privileged boys dubbed "F4" (Flower 4). The group leader Tsukasa eventually falls for Tsukushi and plans to marry her by presenting a family heirloom - a tiara. However, the tiara goes missing and sets them off on a wild adventure around the world to retrieve it.

This is only my second movie of the year. Totally worth my 10 bucks!
CAUSE I REALLY LOVE IT!

For those who have watched the drama series (Hana Yori Dango live action), it's a must!

By the way, both season 1 and 2 are already good! So much better than the Taiwan version. Go watch go watch!

Back to the movie, there's a twist towards the ending, but the smart me can guess almost everything.

Sis: "You watch before already is it?"
Me: "Never, really! I'm smart ma."
Sis: *pukes*

I couldn't reveal much, if not I'll be a spoiler.

There are several funny scenes, and of course, romantic scenes. I was fully entertained throughout the 120 minutes. Really! I'm not exaggerating.

I love how Hanazawa Rui called Makino Tsukushi. "Ma-ki-no"
Oguri Shun, aww!

And I finally agree with HuiLing that Matsumoto Jun's body is attractive.

WAHAHAHA!

Iron Man *

Iron Man
Just caught it this noon. Okay, I know I'm slow, but it's been a long time since I last stepped into a cinema. If not for the FREE tickets, most probably I'll only watch it on Channel 5 a few years later. Heh.

★★★★☆

I minus-ed 1 star due to the fighting part at the last scene. Perhaps I expected more stuffs from the Iron Man? Not just get thrown here and there. But overall, it's really a good movie! The technology, really WOAH-WAH-OH! Tony Stark is really smart!
And we noticed that one of the cars used was a modified version of Audi R8. Should be la, let me know if I'm wrong. This is the aftermath of working in a car company.

Anyway, my outfit for the day:

Despite sitting cross-legged, I still felt cold in the theatre.
An hour of idle time before the start of the show, so we went to have some snacks at Carl's Jr.

Tired and thirsty, so we went to Mos Burger.

Coincidentally, it's 85 again!

My all-time favourite from Mos Burger!
Tomorrow is our graduation day!

heard that this movie is touching, so i thought i would only tear, but i was wrong, i CRIED instead.

unexpected storyline! it's really unexpected okay.
the talented Jay Chou! the piano battle made my eyes wide open.
oh, and the cute side of Jay! damn cute.
i didn't know he can dance.
the 4-hands-on-the-piano! so sweet la!
Anthony Wong was funny too.

Harry Potter: The Order Of The Phoenix
kinda disappointed with the fighting part at the Department of Mystery.
it ended so quickly that we were all not contented.

well, overall it's still a nice movie.
but if you have read the book, don't expect too much, then you will enjoy the movie more.

Transformers
finally we caught this highly rated movie.
it's really very nice! this 2 and a half hour show was all worth while.
i love Bumblebee! haha!

aftermath of the movie, pam and marcus linked almost everything to transformers.
"look at that car, i think it's transforming soon!"

must watch!
