IBS solution selling call *

i get a B for my solution selling call. was damn nervous la!

that time for my data gathering call, "good afternoon" seems to be the hardest words.
but this time round, i greeted Mr Henry Koh that when it was 10 in the morning.

i'm sad cause i never get an A this time;
but at the same time, i'm happy cause i never get a C.

oh well, never mind.
there's still a cocktail party.
an opportunity to push my grade up to A.
