i love my job *

Have I told you people that I really like my training branch?
It just feels like a second home to me.

Everybody there are really nice, including my mentor, my impression of her changed tremendously.

Most of the customers there are regular, so I remember them, and they remember me too, which is a good thing.

The only minus point is that I need to take 3 buses to reach there.

Well, at least now I don't drag my feet to work. But I still have difficulties getting out of my bed.

And after 2 days of training, I'm finally back to branch today.
But my seat hasn't even get hot yet, I'm called to another branch for relief.
So zzz la! I even met nasty customer today, thanks to that branch which has the highest number of unreasonable customers.

I really hope I can be a permanent staff at my training branch. Shall keep my fingers crossed.

Never mind, speaking of training..

It's really nice to see most of them again!

Last day of this orientation programme thingy, we were released at 3pm, so most of us headed to the recreation room.

Wii, foosball table, table tennis, OSIM's massage chair, etc. I believe most of us enjoyed ourselves there.

And I guess we will go back to sing k. 3 hours for 10 bucks, regardless of the number of people. Good deal huh? Too bad, only for staff. Heh.

Then dinner was at Bugis's Sketches.

Soup of the day: Clam Chowder

"Grilled beef steak (air flown) & king prawn drizzled with forest mushroom sauce on a bed of roast potato & garden greens"

Dessert: Tiramisu
Yummy-licious dinner~
But I'm 30 bucks poorer.

body weak but heart strong *

HELLO! Yours truly is back!

Last Saturday, dimsum (or timsum, up to you) buffet at Dragon Gate Restaurant..

A simple outfit with my favourite cardigan.

Situated at level 4 of HarbourFront Centre.
I received a treasure map the night before, so I've no problems when locating this restaurant!

More pok pok choy for me.

I hate spring onions, but sis loves it.
And this whole week was a little zzz.

Monday - As usual, work! But my throat almost killed me.

Tuesday - Training. It feels great to see all my training mates again. But at night I was down with fever. Lucky Cashew Medical is one of the panel doctors, so yeah, I do not have to pay for it.

Wednesday - MC.

Thursday - Worked for less than 2 hours, then I realised I haven't recover yet, so I went to see doctor and get another MC.

Friday - Work. I really love my job!

Anyway, I've already took 3 MCs this month. That's really bad lor, tsk.

Alright, that's about it. Shall have my lunch now.

dinner outings = FOOD *

Alright, I'm back with some dinner outings update.

6th July (Sunday)

Dinner with Fantastic 4, at one of the coffeeshops behind Fajar Secondary School.

TZE CHAR~

Oatmeal Prawns; Sambal Kang Kong; Fried Prawn Roll;
Prawn Paste Chicken; Pork Ribs.

And some exercise after dinner.

Marcus named this the sex machine. Heh.

Time flies~

And we've promised to meet up SOON.
7th July (Monday)

I was quite surprised to receive the invitation sms from Joseph, and it was a super last minute decision to join him, Marcus and Kelvin for dinner.

The mini "Fish&Co", it's opened by Joseph's friend.

He's attempting to have that tiko look;
And I know I look damn fugly in this picture, don't need to tell me. Argh!

Was said by Joseph. Cause I ordered chicken chop instead of some fish-related food. Haha! Anyway it wasn't that bad la, just that Fish&Chips is much nicer.

The cheesefries is yummy-licious too!

My little piece of advice: don't order the calamari! =X

Lastly, we ended our dinner with satay!
12th July (Saturday)

PTBO (June'08 batch) gathering!

Dinner at Marina Square's Waraku:

After that we headed over to Esplanade's Harry's Bar for some drinks.
But I left early. =)

I'm really glad that she likes her birthday cake. =)
(It's the same one I had for my birthday 3 years back.)

we couldn't resist temptations *

HELLO!

I'm back for some updates!

SATURDAY! =)

Believe it or not, I cut my hair! 3 inches okay.
Well, at least now when I tie my hair up, I won't feel the "heaviness".

And my huge appetite is back! JiaWei and I can just eat and eat and eat, and our taste is somehow similar.

1. Town

- ToastBox's peanut thick toast
- BreadBar's green tea youtiao with white chocolate dip
- DairyQueen's soft serve

2. Chinatown for Dallas Chicken

2 pieces of chicken, 12 pieces of nuggets, 4 drumlets, 2 packs of onion rings and 1 pack of fries. Plus 2 cans of drinks.
Wanted to order more, but we were super full.
Well, we will definitely go back again!

I'll prefer this to Arnold's Chicken anytime.
But Popeyes is still my favourite!

And I regretted not bringing the Volkswagen's sauce out, if not it will be more yummy-licious!

Must be thinking how come there is this Volkswagen's sauce right?

It tastes like ketchup + curry + BBQ;
I know it doesn't sound good, but the taste is really fab! Unique!
Too bad, you can ONLY buy this at Volkswagen's warehouse in Germany. =P

Walked around, tired, found a place to rest, then I took out my camera.

3. SongFa's Bak Kut Teh

I had this on my last day of training. Find the soup really good, so shared with my eating partner, and he was tempted to try too.

4. Ricciotti for DESSERTS!

Ordered 2 to share..

Cassata Siciliana; smooth ricotta cheese, dark chocolate chips and citrus fruits with marzipan.

PTGF, you might wanna try this, cause it tastes like Tiramisu, but I find this nicer.

Soffiato; warm dark chocolate cake with chocolate chip icecream.

Heavenly, for people with sweet tooth (like us) will prefer this!
Aww! I feel like eating this now. Heh.
